Sara Pantin brings a wealth of experience to the firm, having been in the financial services business for over 35 years, and now as our Partner Emeritus.  She moved through many roles over the years to senior executive and finally as co-founder and managing partner of our firm.

Sara received her Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation in 1991 and her Certified Family Business Specialist (CFBS) designation in 2013.  She held all of her securities and Registered Principal licenses through 2020.   In the industry, she is Past President of both the Austin Chapter of the National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors – NAIFA, and the Society of Financial Service Professionals - FSP.  In 2013, 2015, 2016, 2018 and 2019, Sara was recognized as a Five Star Wealth Manager in Texas Monthly, representing less than 4% of Wealth Managers in Central Texas*. 

In the community, Sara is a 28-year Rotarian, a  Past President of The Rotary Club of Austin and is a Trustee for the Club’s Foundation. Sara is a 15-year member of Impact Austin, a progressive leader in women’s philanthropy.  She serves as Chair of the Endowment Committee and on their Finance Committee.  Sara enjoys being a Soprano in the Chancel Choir at her church, Tarrytown United Methodist, where she also serves as Chair of their Endowment Committee.  She is currently serving on the Executive Board for Perkins School of Theology at SMU.

A sixth generation Texan, Sara, and her husband Mike are delighted to call Austin home.  Sara enjoys spending time with her children and watching her 8th Gen grandchildren learn and grow.  She now spends more time serving her church and the various non-profits that she is so passionate about so that she can give back to her community.
